Ready to get your bed back by Valentine’s Day? This 3-week program is just for you! Currently co-sleeping but ready for your baby to be in their own sleep space? Does your baby start in their crib then ends up in your bed? If you are looking for change, this program is exactly what you need.

This is a group program, more inline with a community feel of like-minded parents on the same journey, that will starting on 1/22 that included:

  • 1 personalized sleep plan made for your child. This 6 page plan goes over daytime nap schedules, bedtime routine, ideal bedtime, how to handle bedtime battles, how to handle night time wake ups and more. You will receive your plan via email by 1/21. A sleep questionnaire will be sent to you, that will give us all the details we need to create the best sleep plan for your child and family.

  • 2 - 1 hour group zoom calls to answer all your questions and hear feedback from other families just like yours. First meeting will be on Friday 1/24 at 8:00 PM EST, 2nd meeting will be on Wednesday 2/5 at 8:00 PM EST. All will be recorded and sent to group if you can not join.

  • Daily logs via google doc will be given to each family to track their child’s sleep. Kelly Lopez , owner of Your Little Sleeper, LLC will have visibility to these logs to better provide feedback where needed in google doc.
